A case of extra upper premolars is described in a specimen of Myotis blythii from Kerch peninsula (Ukraine, Crimea). Additional teeth are situated near the third premolars from both sides of the jaw. Giving into account their size and position it was supposed that they appear as a result of complete splitting of the third premolar primordium.
